You can have all the minerals, vitamins and food extracts through pills. Rather a healthy nutrition plan implies to organic foods, consisting almost of all types of body requirements in a certain proportion. It varies with age. You can’t consume as much as carbohydrates and proteins as a growing child can absorb. Children are in their growing phase and mostly physically active. If you are a matured human, than your body just needs those minerals and vitamins for the bodies metabolism.

I made changes to my diet many years ago. I check carefully what I buy of the supermarket shelves. I take daily a natural supplement and exercise. I haven’t seen a doctor for over a decade. Age doesn’t matter. I still do things today I did ten or fifteen years ago and I’m over eighty years of age.
